Copper Creek Developments transformed an original Lakeview Kitchen and main floor into a unique living space. And by Jove, we’re pretty proud of how amazing it turned out.
It’s hard to tell from the pictures, but the original kitchen was very closed in with walls and built-ins. We removed one load bearing wall and put in a new header to open the kitchen up to the main part of the house.
We moved the office wall back to create a bigger eating nook and moved the powder room right out of the kitchen area to the other side of the house. We doubled the size of the kitchen window, added in a new sliding door out onto the deck, and framed another walk through into the great room.
With new cabinets, new granite counter tops, new appliances, and floor to ceiling Chicago brick on two walls, the new kitchen comes alive with fresh colours and great functionality. The homeowners love it and we couldn’t be happier!
